Walkthrough
- 1After speaking with Songbird and exiting the Voodoo Boys base, you and Reed will part ways. Reed will pursue leads to infiltrate the Black Sapphire, while you need to find another way.
- 2Call Mr. Hands. He will require you to boost his reputation by completing gigs in Dogtown before he provides the intel.
- 3Complete any three gigs for Mr. Hands from the following list:
- Gig: Dogtown Saints
- 4Gig: Treating Symptoms (You can obtain the iconic smart pistol Ogou here)
- 5Gig: Prototype in the Scraper
- 6Gig: Waiting for Dodger
- 7After completing three gigs, head to the Heavy Hearts club (the pyramid near the stadium).
- 8Meet with Mr. Hands. After some conversation, he will give you a shard containing the necessary data.
- 9Return to The Moth on the western edge of Dogtown. You will experience a relic-induced fit, leading to a conversation with Reed.
- 10Follow Reed into a safehouse bunker below the bar. Alex will join you, and the three of you will discuss the upcoming job, which involves infiltrating the Black Sapphire.
- 11Pick up the Tactical Diving Suit provided for you.
- 12Alex will give you the iconic power pistol Her Majesty.
- 13Talk to Reed one more time to end the quest. The infiltration of the Black Sapphire will begin when you head to the flooded tunnels (covered in the 'You Know My Name' walkthrough).
