Alright, let's get this 'Dirty Biz' Gig sorted. This one's a Thievery gig in Northside, and you can snag it pretty early, starting at Street Cred Level 1. It's all about heading to the west side of Northside, near the Fast Travel point.

Walkthrough

Find the Studio: Your first task is locating the studio where the murder happened. The most straightforward way in is through the front. You'll see two Maelstrom guards chatting – wait for them to finish their conversation, then sneak up behind them and take them out. Head up the stairs where you'll find more Maelstrom guards. Wait for them to spread out a bit before dealing with them, then make your way to the roof and through a window into the studio.

Alternative Entry (Technical Skill): If you'd rather avoid the initial guards, you can go around to the back of the compound. There's a fence you can breach if you have at least 7 Technical Ability. This route leads you to the same area without having to deal with the first two guards.

Inside the Studio: Once you're inside, no matter how you got there, head to the back. If you have 7 Technical Ability, there's a side door you can open for a chance to grab some rare loot. After you've checked for goodies, proceed to the room with the last two Maelstrom guards. They're currently watching a BD and won't be hostile. You can choose to wake them up, but there's no real reward for it.

Retrieve the BD: Grab the BD that you came here for – the one that shows the murder.

Exit and Deliver: Now, make your exit. You can use the stairs or, if you came through the Technical Skill door, you can leap out of the window. Your final step is to get the BD to a Drop Point to wrap up the Gig and, hopefully, get a bit of justice.

Tips

If you're entering through the front, don't forget to disable the cameras first!
The side door requiring Technical Ability is a good spot to check for extra loot.
Waking up the last two guards isn't necessary and doesn't offer any rewards.
