Bellatores Quest Walkthrough

You won’t have access to the Kuttenberg region until you complete the Storm quest. Once free to roam, head to Bylany, a village southeast of Kuttenberg. Find Sir Jan Posy outside the tavern to start the Bellatores quest.

Agree to help Jan and follow him to the ambush site.

At the ambush site, you’ll find looters. Jan will want to fight, but you can attempt to negotiate. If you choose to negotiate, you’ll face speech checks: [Medium] “It’s an opportunity.”, [Hard] “A knight should defend the common people!”, [Very Hard] “I Won’t help you anymore if you kill them.” If you fail the speech checks or choose not to negotiate, you will have to fight the looters.

Examine the ambush site for a Priest. Search along the stream to the east to find him slumped against a tree. Also, pick up the Halberd leaning against the cart.

After fulfilling both objectives, follow Jan to the battleground. You will encounter Fiolka, who will direct you towards the Cumans.

At Zimburg, you’ll face a large group of Cumans and need to rescue Jan’s brother, Matthew. It is advised to wait until nightfall to attack. The easiest method is to go alone and use stealth.

If using stealth, consider using a Nighthawk potion. Sneak around the ruins to the left and stealth kill the first Cuman guard.

Sneak into the camp. Deal with the sleeping Cumans carefully. Toss a stone to distract the Cuman guarding Matthew if necessary, then stealth kill him.

Free Matthew and give him a weapon. Fight the remaining Cumans in open combat or continue with stealth.

Once all enemies are defeated, a scene will trigger. Jan will thank you and give you 475 Groschens. He will ask you to return later.

Loot the area thoroughly for armor upgrades and valuable gear.
