    After completing the prologue, pursue the side quests 'The Blacksmith’s Son' and 'Materia Prima' in Tachov.

    Talk to the blacksmith to start the quest 'The Jaunt'.

    During 'The Jaunt', travel southwest from Troskowitz to Lord Semine’s manor.

    Talk to Lord Semine.
