Lackey Walkthrough

Follow our comprehensive Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Lackey walkthrough to find Vostatek, deal with wolves, and guide him back to his camp, completing this Trosky side quest.

Walkthrough:

1. To start the **Lackey** side quest, travel northwest from Zhelejov Wagoners’ Inn until you reach Vidlak Pond. The huntsman's hut is uphill to the southeast of the pond's map marker. Talk to Zlata, the huntsman's wife, at the hut.
2. Zlata will ask you to find her husband, Vostatek. Speak to her son, Vitek, for more precise directions. You can either succeed at a speech check or pay him 20 groschen for the information.
3. Follow Vitek's directions: head downhill northwest from the huntsman's house, cross the water, and continue northwest until you find a Tanner's house to the south and a fisherman's house to the north. Follow the trail along the pond to the northeast and north to find Vostatek.
4. You'll find Vostatek in a tree, chased by wolves. Equip armor before approaching. Once the wolves are dealt with (either by fighting or them running off), Vostatek will jump down, having injured his ankle.
5. You must now carry Vostatek to his camp. He will guide you by pointing out landmarks:
   • A Mossy Tree Trunk: Carry Vostatek northeast; look for a tree trunk on the left.
   • An Anthill: Continue northeast and east, following the water. Look to the left for a large anthill.
   • A Birch Tree: Continue northeast and find a trail. The birch tree is a distinctive, two-trunked white tree splitting into a
