Yackers n Fash Quest Walkthrough

Start the Quest: Go to the Black Horse Tavern in the southwest of Kuttenberg between 18:00 and 21:00. Speak with Foreman Vlach, who will ask you to find a missing standard believed to be in the Saint's Tavern. He suggests using the Underground Tunnels to enter discreetly.

Enter the Saint's Tavern: Acquire a Torch and Lockpicks. Go to the southern side of Kuttenberg and find the entrance to the Kutternberg Underground via a crumbling building and broken gate. Follow the tunnel to the end, stick to the right, and climb the ladder. Ascend the stairs to find a locked door. Save your game before attempting to pick the lock. To pick the lock, adjust the ball until it glows, then slowly rotate the lock while keeping the ball in place.

Speak with Joerg Preng: Enter the room crouched to avoid immediate conflict. Approach Joerg Preng and use the following dialogue options: "Foreman Vlach sent me", "Vlach is a nitwit, I want to get him in trouble", "I solve problems, that's my job", and "Alright, I'll pay you (200 Groschen)". Alternatively, you can beat him at Dice or fight him if you don't wish to pay.

Follow the Clues: Exit the Underground Tunnel and head to the marked area south of Kutternberg. At a fork in the path, you will find a Bloodied Sack.

Find Merchant Hensel: Travel southwest to an abandoned cart. Wolves will be gathered near Hensel's corpse. Defeat the wolves and inspect the body, which will direct you towards a mill. Near the mill, you will encounter five bandits by a campfire. Defeat them using parrying and counter-attacks.

Collect St. Anthony’s Standard: After defeating the bandits, loot Little John’s Corpse for keys. Locate the building to the south and enter through the left door. Picklock the chest on the right side of the room to find St. Anthony’s Standard. If the chest is too difficult to unlock, loot Vaskek’s corpse at the Mill for the keys.

Quest Completion: With St. Anthony’s Standard in your possession, loot all corpses. Return to Foreman Vlach in the Black Horse Tavern and give him the Standard.
