Discover and collect all Fragments in Warframe to unlock hidden lore, artwork, and audio transmissions that flesh out the Origin System's rich narrative.

Fragments are hidden collectibles scattered throughout the Origin System in Warframe. Scanning or interacting with them unlocks artwork, lore entries, and audio transmissions that provide deeper insight into the game's universe, characters, and history. These fragments are categorized into various types, such as Cephalon, Fish, Glass, Ghoul, Revenant, Solaris United, Partnership, The Tenets, Duviri, Albrecht, and Isleweaver fragments, each offering unique pieces of the narrative.

Most Fragments can be scanned using the Codex Scanner or Synthesis Scanner, revealing artwork in the Codex's Universe tab. A hidden point on each image, indicated by white noise, unlocks an audio transmission with additional lore. Some fragments require direct interaction to collect.

Cephalon Fragments, visualized as hovering blue data blocks, are found in mission rooms. They typically require 3-7 scans and reveal lore about Factions, Characters, and Planets, with decrypted fragments detailing Ordis' past. These fragments appear on the mini-map with loot radar mods and can be found once per mission, excluding Defense, Interception, and Archwing missions.
