Keystone Features (Executioner):
- Forced Repentance: Inflicting a damage-over-time (DoT) effect on a target already suffering from the same type causes an additional instance of damage. All DoT effects of that type on the target have their level increased by +(Medicae / 15), stacking.
- Scourging Strikes: Your melee attacks inflict (2 x STR bonus) levels of bleeding on all targets hit, applied after other attack effects.
- Where It Hurts: (Cost: 0, Cooldown: 1) Your next successful attack against a target under any DoT effects will immediately deal 3 instances of damage from each of those effects (or 2 instances for burst/area attacks). This consumes all DoT effects and removes all stacks of Forced Repentance. This ability replaces Scourging Strikes.
Abilities (Executioner):
- Exsanguination: (Cost: 1 AP, Cooldown: 0) Inflicts Bleeding (5) on yourself or an ally, granting a +(5 + Medicae / 10)% bonus to dodge and +3 MP until the bleeding ends. Affects one friendly creature within a 10-cell radius.
- Gift of Torment: (Cost: 1 AP, Cooldown: 1) Grants bonuses until the start of your next turn based on creatures (enemy or ally) suffering from DoT effects: Bleeding grants +(TGH bonus / 2)% armour per creature; Burning grants +(TGH bonus / 2)% dodge per creature; Toxin grants +1 deflection per creature (max TGH bonus). Affects personal area.
- Merciless Verdict: (Cost: 1 AP, Cooldown: 1) Your next ranged attack or psychic staff ability inflicts a DoT effect: Physical damage inflicts toxin, Energy damage inflicts burning. The effect level equals (minimum weapon damage / 7). Affects personal area.
- Pain Resonance: (Cost: 1 AP, Cooldown: 1) Enemies within a 4-cell radius suffering from DoT effects take an extra instance of damage. They must pass a resistance test with a -(Medicae / 5) penalty or suffer an additional negative effect based on the DoT: Bleeding may cause blindness (Agility test); Burning may cause slowing (Willpower test); Toxin may cause staggering (Willpower test). Additional effects end at the start of your next turn. Affects all enemies within a 4-cell radius.
- Reckless Abandon: (Cost: 0 AP, Cooldown: 1) Replaces 30% of maximum wounds with temporary wounds. While temporary wounds are active, all melee attacks and DoT effects deal an additional +(30% of maximum wounds)% damage. Affects personal area.
- Terrifying Strike: (Cost: 0 AP, Cooldown: 1) Your next melee attack forces all enemies hit to flee up to 3 cells in a straight line. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity but leaves a blood trail lasting until combat ends. Movement through bloodstained cells costs 0 MP. Affects personal area.
- Carnival of Misery (Heroic Act / Desperate Measures): (Cost: N/A, Cooldown: Once per combat) Make an attack with your primary weapon. If it hits, targets suffer weapon damage and four additional instances of damage from DoT effects. At 27th and 35th levels, choose one upgrade: 1. Enemies damaged by you this combat ignore armour reduction for DoT damage. 2. All enemies within a 6-cell radius suffering from any DoT effects immediately suffer an additional instance of damage from these effects. 3. Until combat ends, all your DoT damage is increased by +100% after other modifiers. 4. Until combat ends, you are healed by DoT effects for the amount of damage they would have dealt. Affects personal area.
Talents: You may choose from talents unique to the Executioner archetype in addition to the general talent list.
