    Interact with the Kitchen Master in the Base Camp and select “Cook a Meal”.

    Choose a meal from the available list. Each meal requires specific ingredients and provides different effects.

    Invite two companions to join you for the meal. Characters with blue up arrows next to their name favor the meal and will gain more Support Points. Characters with red down arrows dislike the meal.

    Shez will also gain Support Points, along with the invited characters gaining Morale, Support Points, and other benefits depending on the meal.

    The cooking process has a chance to result in Nice, Great, or Perfect. A Perfect result yields the most benefits.
Tips
  • Ingredients can be purchased from the Item Shopkeeper or earned by completing battles. You can replay battles via the Record Keeper starting in Chapter 5.
  • To unlock more meals, you need to upgrade the Recreation Quarter facility by purchasing: Basic Cooking Utensils, Specialty Cooking Utensils, and The Latest Cooking Utensils.
  • Meal-based bonuses last for the entire Chapter and stack if multiple meals with different effects are consumed.
  • While cooking uses Activity Points, the benefits can be worthwhile for farming or grinding.

  • Small Fish Skewers: Requires Airmid Goby. Effect: Slightly fills Awakening Gauge at start of battle.
  • Fried Crayfish: Requires Caledonian Crayfish. Effect: Slightly fills Warrior Gauge at start of battle.

  • Saghert and Cream: Requires Peach Currant, Noa Fruit. Effect: Warrior Gauge fills slightly faster.
  • Cabbage and Herring Stew: Requires Albinean Herring, Cabbage. Effect: Weapon durability loss slightly reduced.
