The Supply Depot is a facility in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes that unlocks at the start of Chapter 5. It allows players to trade equipment and resources for Smithing Stones, and then use those Smithing Stones to acquire specific building materials and ores needed for weapon and facility upgrades. It's a crucial way to obtain necessary materials beyond what is found through surveying or battle rewards.

Upgrading the Supply Depot enhances its efficiency, increases the quality and quantity of tradable items, and improves passive resource and ore acquisition during battles. The upgrades require Building Materials (Basic, Quality, Lavish) and Storage Containers (Bags, Chests, Compartments), which are progression-gated and can be found through Surveying Spots or purchased from the Supply Depot itself.

Supply Squad Upgrades

Purchasing the “Supply Squad” upgrades causes you to randomly obtain various materials, ores, and ingredients after completing battles. You can stockpile up to three battles’ worth of rewards before needing to collect them from the Supply Master. While the items gained are random, this upgrade is highly recommended as it provides a steady stream of resources that can be traded for Smithing Stones, effectively yielding an extra 10+ Smithing Stones per battle.
