    Start the 'Find Explosives' quest by entering the Grymforge and learning about the trapped True Soul Nere. Speak to Brithvar or the deep gnomes, and use persuasion, intimidation, or mention Thulla to learn about Philomeen.

    Fast-travel to the Underdark - Grymforge waypoint. Go down the stairs to the right, past the water, and left of another set of stairs to find large double doors.

    Inside, go to the far left corner and press a hidden button on the wall to reveal a secret door.
