Once you're in the Mountain Pass region, you need to find a Cable Car Wheel. Try to avoid the undead hanging around on the road to the north. You'll need to pass a Strength check (DC 15) to get the cable car moving. If that's not an option, you can always climb down a nearby cliff and jump across some gaps. Either way, your goal is to reach Rosymorn Monastery.

When you get to the front of the monastery, head towards the sealed doors. Don't go inside just yet! Instead, head south from the doors to find a fountain. From the fountain, you'll want to go west, then south, and then east. You'll be doing some climbing down ledges, jumping over gaps, and climbing cliffs. Keep going until you reach the eastern side of the monastery. From there, climb up some ruins and blast through a barricade to finally get inside.

Now that you're inside, head down some stairs, and you'll find yourself in Creche Y'llek. Let Lae’zel do the talking to get past the Githyanki guards – she's usually pretty convincing. Head north, then turn east to find a waypoint. Once you're at the waypoint, head south, and you should find A’jak’nir. You can buy the **Unseen Menace** from her, or if you're feeling brave, try to steal it!

Tips

Even though the Unseen Menace doesn't look super impressive on paper, its real strength is the 'Invisible Weapon' property. This basically gives you Advantage on all your Attack Rolls as long as you don't miss. It means you're rolling two dice and taking the better result, which makes you way more likely to hit and score critical hits. Plus, you can't be disarmed while it's invisible!
The catch is, if you miss an attack, the weapon loses its invisibility for two turns. Once it's just a regular Pike +1, it's not as special. So, this weapon is best for your main front-line fighters who are going to be attacking consistently.
