How to Get The Chest of Mundane in Baldur's Gate 3

Alright, so you're looking for the Chest of Mundane in Baldur's Gate 3, huh? Think of it as the game's version of a Bag of Holding. It's a super handy item for managing your inventory weight, especially if you're someone who likes to pick up *everything*. To get your hands on it, you'll need to make some progress in Act 1 and venture into the Underdark.

Once you're inside the tower, you'll notice these pesky Arcane Turrets that will start blasting you as soon as you're in their line of sight. There are a few ways to get past them, but one of the easier methods is to switch to Shadowheart. Use her Guiding Bolt spell to take them out. The trick here is to hide behind a pillar, use the Shield of Faith spell to boost your defense, and then quickly hit the turret with Guiding Bolt before ducking back into cover to heal up.

Alternatively, you could try using a spell like Pass Without Trace to sneak past the turrets undetected. Or, if you have a character with high stealth, they could try to sneak through, take out the turrets guarding the path, and then let the rest of the party follow. Then, lockpick the door to proceed. Inside, you'll encounter another two turrets. Again, use the pillars for cover and take them out. Once that's done, head out onto the balcony on the right side of the room – that's where you'll find the Chest of Mundane!
