Winona's Pokémon are: Swellow Lv. 33, Pelipper Lv. 33, Skarmory Lv. 33, and Altaria Lv. 35.
- Swellow can use Endeavor to match your HP and then Quick Attack to defeat you. Rock, Electric, and Ice-type moves are effective against it.
- Pelipper is weak to Electric-type moves. Avoid Water-type moves due to its Water Pulse attack. Rock-type moves can also be effective.
- Skarmory may use Sand Attack to lower your accuracy. Fire or Electric-type moves are generally effective.
- Altaria can use Cotton Guard to significantly boost its Defense. It has a 4x weakness to Ice-type moves. Special-attacking Pokémon are recommended. Be cautious of its Earthquake if your Pokémon is weak to Ground.
Tips
- Grass Knot is a weight-based move that deals more damage to heavier Pokémon.
- A One-Hit KO move can prevent Swellow's Endeavor + Quick Attack strategy.
- Cosplay Pikachu or other Electric-type Pokémon are highly effective against Pelipper.
- Switching out can negate the effects of Skarmory's Sand Attack.
- For Altaria, use Ice-type moves or strong Special Attackers.
The Feather Badge allows Fly to be used out of battle and makes traded Pokémon up to Level 70 obey you. TM19 (Roost) restores half of the user's HP, but they will temporarily lose their Flying-type if they have it.
