In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, Secret Pal Powers are special abilities that your Secret Pals can use to aid you. These powers range from helping with Pokémon training to finding rare items and decorations for your Super Secret Base.

Available Powers

• Berry Gathering: Earns a random Berry.
• Egg Nurturing: Slightly speeds up the hatching of Eggs.
• Exercise: Boosts the Effort Values (EVs) of a chosen Pokémon in a specific stat.
• Fortune Teller: Grants a random MAX O-Power, such as Bargain, Capture, Prize Money, or HP Recovery.
• Make Goods: Awards a random decoration for your Super Secret Base.
• Massage: Increases the Happiness of the targeted Pokémon.
• Picking Up: Yields a random item from a list including Elixir, Escape Rope, Full Restore, Heart Scale, Master Ball, Max Revive, PP Max, PP Up, Rare Candy, Revive, or Ultra Ball.
• Pick Up Stones: Provides one of the evolutionary Stones or an Everstone.
• Search for Treasure: Finds an item that can be sold for a significant amount of money.
• Training: Levels up the targeted Pokémon by one.

Distribution of Powers

The powers available to a Pal are determined by the Trainer type icon they select in the PSS. As your Super Secret Base rank increases from Normal to Bronze, Silver, and Gold, you will gain access to a wider selection of powers.
