Discover how to find and catch Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Heatran, Regigigas, and Cresselia in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

This guide details how to find and catch the Sinnoh Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, including Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Heatran, Regigigas, and Cresselia.

Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf

Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf are roaming Pokémon that appear in a Mirage Spot once per day. To encounter them, you need three Pokémon with maximized Happiness in your active team. Once this condition is met, Soar and a Mirage Spot called “Nameless Cavern” should appear near Sootopolis City. The specific Pokémon encountered depends on the time of day:

• Uxie: Found between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
• Mesprit: Found between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
• Azelf: Found between 4:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Dialga and Palkia

Dialga and Palkia, the Pokémon governing time and space respectively, are found through Mirage Spots. In Omega Ruby, you will find Palkia, and in Alpha Sapphire, you will find Dialga. To find them, you must have all three of Azelf, Uxie, and Mesprit in your party when you Soar. Head south of Dewford Town to find a tear in the spacetime continuum. Enter it to find the respective Pokémon.

Giratina

Giratina, the Pokémon from the Distortion Dimension, is found similarly to Dialga and Palkia. Soar south of Dewford Town with both Dialga and Palkia in your party. You will find another tear in space that you can enter to find Giratina.

Heatran

Heatran can be found after beating the Elite Four. Go to Route 120, east of Fortree City. Travel east along the southern part of the Route, go downstairs, and Surf south into the cave known as the Scorched Slab. At the end of this dungeon, you will find Heatran.

Regigigas

To find Regigigas, you need to have caught Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire. Additionally, Regice must be nicknamed and holding a Never-Melt Ice. With these conditions met, enter the cave on Route 105 where you found Regice. Go north into the next room to find Regigigas at Level 50. Be aware that Regigigas's ability, Slow Start, will halve its Attack and Speed for the first few turns.

Cresselia

Cresselia can be found on an island named “Crescent Isle,” located southeast of the Hoenn region between Routes 128 and 129. It may appear randomly once daily or be obtained through StreetPass.
