Alright, let's talk about Route 108 in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. This route is a bit of a detour, mostly involving surfing across the water. You'll encounter various Water-type Pokémon here, and there are a few trainers and items to find if you explore carefully.

• Surf: You'll find Tentacool (65%), Wingull (30%), and Pelipper (5%).
• Old Rod: Tentacool (35%) and Magikarp (65%).
• Good Rod: Tentacool (35%), Magikarp (60%), and Wailmer (5%).
• Super Rod: Wailmer (100%).

• Swimmer Jerome: Tentacool Lv. 25, Pelipper Lv. 25 (Earns 400).
• Swimmer Missy: Wingull Lv. 24, Barboach Lv. 24, Wailmer Lv. 24 (Earns 384).

When you first arrive on Route 108, you'll see a small sandy island. Head east from there to battle Swimmer Jerome. After that, go northeast to find and battle Swimmer Missy. Keep heading south/southeast from her position, and you should find a Star Piece. Don't forget to use your Dowsing Machine around there – there's a Rare Candy hidden nearby too!

Keep an eye out for Swimmer Tara, who is usually found circling rocks to the northeast. Once you've dealt with her, continue further northeast. You'll see the camera shift, and in the distance, you'll spot Sea Mauville. It's worth heading over there for a bit of exploration!

After your visit to Sea Mauville, return to Route 108 and continue east from where you were. You'll have to battle Ace Trainer Constance. A bit further east, you'll face Ace Trainer Neville, who's literally surfing on his Pokémon. Keep going northeast from him to find another Swimmer to battle. Once you've defeated everyone on this part of the route, you'll find yourself heading east towards Route 109.
