After reloading your game file, you will see a brief cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically). An alert is given at the Mossdeep Space Center about a meteor strike southwest of Sootopolis. You also see a woman and her Whismur planning something unusual, leading into the "Delta Episode".

Walkthrough

    You regain control in your room in Littleroot Town. Head downstairs to find your parents, who give you a Pair of Tickets to a Litleonid meteor shower viewing in Mossdeep. They suggest inviting May/Brendan from next door.

    Suddenly, Zinnia, the girl from the intro, appears outside. She heads off after an official intro. Head next door to find May/Brendan, who is hurt because Zinnia took their Key Stone, similar to your Mega Bracelet.

    Zinnia is heading to Petalburg. Fly to Petalburg City.

    Head northwest to Wally’s uncle’s house. You’ll find Wally being bothered by Team Aqua/Magma Admin Courtney (in Omega Ruby) or Matt (in Alpha Sapphire). They are after Key Stones and Zinnia. Wally’s Key Stone has also been taken.

    A battle will ensue with the Admin. After the battle, the Admin runs away, and something is happening at Meteor Falls.

    Steven will call, asking you to meet him at Devon Corp. in Rustboro City. Fly to Rustboro.

    Heal at the Pokémon Center if needed, then go north to Devon Corp. Steven will meet you outside and lead you to his father’s office.

    Steven’s father explains a long history, including AZ from Kalos creating an ultimate weapon using Pokémon life energy. This power was later termed "Infinite Energy" by Steven’s great-grandfather for beneficial uses like space exploration.
