    After leaving Fortree City's Gym, heal your Pokémon and prepare. Head east back onto Route 120.

    Continue across the bridge and head south to encounter Bird Keeper Colin.

    Proceed south then east through puddles. You can battle Ninja Boy Tsunao to the northeast or Parasol Lady Angelica to the southeast.

    Southeast of them, battle Ace Trainer Jennifer.

    Northeast of Ace Trainer Jennifer, use Cut on a tree and head north to find Aspear Berries, Wepear Berries, and Pinap Berries.

    South of Ace Trainer Jennifer is a grass maze. Go to its northern border, head west, and use the Dowsing Machine to find a Zinc.

    Enter the grass maze. To the west of the initial fork, an invisible Kecleon is present. Head south through the grass to find a Nugget.

    Go east and south from the Nugget location to battle Bug Maniac Brandon.

    Continue south through the grass, east, and over a ledge.

    Follow the path and cross the bridge. Head south on the other side. If you wish to Surf to a Secret Spot, go downstairs.

    Otherwise, continue past the stairs. Where more grass appears, head west and speak with Aroma Lady for a random Berry.

    Upstairs to the north, find a lake. On its southwest shore, pick up a visible Full Heal. Use the Dowsing Machine on the shore to find a hidden Rare Candy.

    North of the lake, collect Nanab Berries, Razz Berries, and Pecha Berries.

    Head north and battle Street Thug Gomez, then Delinquent Sharlene, Ninja Boy Keigo, and Ruin Maniac Chip on the platform above.

    In the northwest corner of the platform, collect Nanab Berries, Razz Berries, and Pecha Berries. Collect a Revive from the north-central part of the platform.

    Note that the rocks here are similar to those on Routes 105 and 111, where Regirock can later be found.

    Return to the area with the Aroma Lady and the grass. Head east. In the first tuft of grass, search the clear row north of it to find a hidden Light Ball.

    South of this grass, battle Pokémon Ranger Carlos.

    Continue east to battle Pokémon Ranger Jenna, then proceed onto Route 121.
