Back Home Again: Post Credits Beyond 2

Continue your adventure in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire after the credits! Get your S.S. Ticket, help Professor Birch, and collect special starter Pokémon.

Alright, you've saved the world (twice!) and seen the credits roll. But the adventure isn't over yet! This next part of the guide is all about what you can do after the main story concludes in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Think of it as the ultimate victory lap.

Littleroot Town

First things first, after the Delta Episode wraps up, head downstairs in your house. Your parents are there, and guess what? Mr. Briney sent you a special S.S. Ticket! This little ticket is your golden pass to ride the ferries over to the Battle Resort from Slateport and Lilycove. You've definitely earned some chill time after all that world-saving, right?

But hold on, don't rush out the door just yet! Before you leave Littleroot, make sure to chat with your mom. She's got a special Mega Stone for you: Latiasite if you're playing Omega Ruby, or Latiosite if you're playing Alpha Sapphire. These are the Mega Stones for the Lati Pokémon that are opposite your version, probably so you can Mega Evolve them if you trade or import them.

Route 101

As soon as you step outside your home, you'll hear a familiar cry for help. Yep, it's Professor Birch! He's gotten himself into a pickle on Route 101, just like at the start of the game. Time to rush back there and lend him a hand.

When you get to him, you'll need to check his bag. Inside, you'll find one of the Johto-region starter Pokémon. You get to pick one to help him out. Honestly, at this point, it doesn't really matter which one you choose – just pick your favorite! Turns out the Shroomish causing him trouble is actually friendly, so no battle needed here.

Here are the Johto starters you can choose from:

• Chikorita — Type: Grass, Ability: Overgrow
• Cyndaquil — Type: Fire, Ability: Blaze
• Totodile — Type: Water, Ability: Torrent

Gift Pokémon

Professor Birch isn't done with his gifts yet! If you head back to Route 101 later, after the Delta Episode is complete, he'll ask for your help two more times. Each time, you'll get to pick another starter Pokémon:

• After the Delta Episode, you can get an Unova starter Pokémon.
• After you rematch the Elite Four, you can get a Sinnoh starter Pokémon.

Here are the Pokémon you can get from these subsequent encounters:

Unova Starters (Pick One)
