Need help with the Confirmation of Innocence quest in Pathfinder: Kingmaker? We'll guide you through speaking with Sharel and Hassuf to prove innocence and get the best rewards.

So, you've managed to establish a village in the Northern Narlmarches, huh? Nice work! Now, you might notice your guards hassling some poor half-elf named Sharel. Apparently, he's being accused of thievery. Sharel insists he's innocent, but the guards aren't exactly buying it. Luckily, he mentions that Hassuf, the merchant, can vouch for him. This means you'll need to head back to your capital and have a chat with Hassuf.

Quick Tip: Make sure you help Sharel out! If you choose to imprison him without proof, you'll miss out on a sweet XP boost and, more importantly, a new artisan for your kingdom.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Head back to your capital and find Hassuf. He's usually hanging out in the main square with the other merchants.
  2. 2
Talk to Hassuf and select the dialogue option: _“The guards were told that a half-elf named Sharel robbed you. Is this true?”_.
  3. 3
Listen to Hassuf's response. He'll confirm that Sharel didn't rob him at all. In fact, Sharel actually borrowed some money from Hassuf to get his new shop off the ground.
  4. 4
Get the proof. Hassuf will provide you with the necessary documents to prove Sharel's innocence.
  5. 5
Return to Sharel at your settlement in the North Narlmarches. Even though the journal might not update immediately, you can now prove his innocence.
  6. 6
Choose the right dialogue option based on your alignment to earn 600 Experience. Sharel will be freed and will thank you profusely. Pay attention to his plans to open a shop!
  • 600 Experience
  • Sharel becomes available as an artisan.

After the Quest:

  • Once the quest is wrapped up, you can head back to your new village and purchase Sharel’s Sewing Shop.
  • Make sure to visit the village again after about 10 days to check on his business and see what he's got for sale.
