Detailed walkthrough for Vordakai's Tomb Level 2 in Pathfinder: Kingmaker, covering the battle with Cephal Lorentus, maze navigation, and the fate of Willas Gunderson.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Upon entering Vordakai's Tomb Level 2, cast Death Ward and other buffs on your party. Position squishy characters near the entrance and summon monsters to the southwest. Send your warriors further southwest.
  2. 2
Engage Cephal Lorentus and his lesser zombies. More enemies will appear as the fight progresses. Cephal Lorentus will cast Mirror Image and summon zombies and zombie lords, while using Enervation.
  3. 3
If you have Death Ward, you should be protected from his energy drain. Warriors with an Armor Class in the mid-20s are relatively safe from the zombies. Focus on defeating Cephal Lorentus quickly, then clear out the remaining zombies. Loot Cephal Lorentus for a Shock Quarterstaff +1, an Amulet of Natural Armor +1, and a Ring of Protection +1.
  4. 4
Continue west to find stonework with a switch that opens a southwest door. Enter the chamber, defeat two cyclopes, and loot a sarcophagus and a container.
  5. 5
Proceed southeast down a passage, disarm a trap, descend stairs, and flip a floor switch to open a nearby door.
  6. 6
In the next chamber, defeat a greater zombie cyclops.
  7. 7
Navigate the maze. Proceed until you reach a fork, and turn southeast first. Disarm a trap, loot a container, and activate a switch. Return to the fork and explore northwest.
  8. 8
Follow the linear path to another fork. Head northwest first; if you flipped the earlier switch, this path leads to an open door. Enter, go up stairs, and defeat a greater zombie.
  9. 9
At the next fork, turn northwest. If you flipped the switch earlier, this path leads to an open door.
  10. 10
Continue northeast to find a lootable wall panel and a circular chamber with a container.
  11. 11
Head northwest to find a room with a button, a container, and a trap in the center. Disable the trap, activate the switch, and loot the container.
  12. 12
Proceed north through a tunnel, encountering and defeating more cyclopes (two warriors, a greater warrior, and a cleric).
  13. 13
Continue north to the room they guarded. Loot a container and find a door to the west, which should be open. Behind this door is another sealed door, requiring a return to the maze.
  14. 14
Return to the maze and take the unexplored northeastern path, which ends at a door. Disarm the trap near the door and activate a switch to open it.
  15. 15
Go southeast through a door and descend stairs. Where the hallway bends northeast, make a Perception check to find a secret door in the southeastern wall.
  16. 16
Open the secret door to find a small chamber with several containers. One contains the Cloak of the Winter Wolf.
  17. 17
Return to the hallway and continue northeast, looting a wall panel along the way.
  18. 18
At the end of the passage, you'll find a perpendicular hallway running northwest/southeast. Encounter the ghost of Willas Gunderson, who flees northwest.
  19. 19
Follow him northwest. You will face zombies and cyclops zombies. Fight your way northwest into a chamber, then turn northeast and defeat more zombies. Keep Death Ward active.
  20. 20
At the northeastern end, you will find Willas Gunderson. He can inflict Negative Energy Levels. Defeat him, and he will surrender. Question him about the fate of Var.
