Choose to either pass a [Stealth 16] or [Lore (Nature) 16] check to observe the scene.
  2. 2
Follow up with an [Intelligence 12] or [Perception 17] check to interpret the scene, or a [Charisma 13] check to start the fight with a bluff.
  3. 3
If the Charisma check succeeds, you will scare off the trolls and fight an abandoned Kobold Flame Shaman.

  5. 5

Search the surrounding forest for a Torag's Pendant.
  10. 10
Find additional food in a sack to the west of the enemy location.
Tips

  • The encounter can be made easier by removing one or three Branded Trolls, or by incapacitating the Kobold Flame Shaman through dialogue choices.
  • The kobold may mention a troll leader named Hargulka.

After the Swamp Witch’s Hut Expedition: Once all areas of this expedition are cleared, you can optionally return to the capital by heading north through the Kamelands.
