In this new chamber, you'll see some more fire pots and another barricaded wall to the south. Just like before, use a fire pot to destroy this barricade. You can either throw it directly at the wall or place it nearby and shoot it.

Once that's clear, head down the slope. You'll find an inscription on the wall that points you towards the tablet.

Now, head south from the inscription and jump into the water. Swim eastward, and you'll need to smash through a wooden barricade. Keep swimming, and eventually, the water will lead you to a chamber where you'll find the Mysterious Cauldron Tablet. Sweet!

To get out, grab one of the fire pots in this chamber and throw it at the barricade blocking the exit. Follow the path, and it'll lead you back outside.
