Alright, let's talk about a pretty important choice you'll face in Snotinghamscire: who gets to be the Jarl? You've got two options, Vili or Trygve, and who you pick actually matters for a couple of reasons.

Basically, if you tell Vili, "I see a jarl in you," he'll step up and become the Jarl of Snotinghamscire. You'll still get that sweet alliance with the region, which is always good for your war efforts. The downside? Vili won't be able to join your longship crew. So, you gain a Jarl but lose a potential crewmate.

On the other hand, if you tell Vili, "I see Trygve as jarl, and you with me," then Trygve becomes the Jarl. Again, you still lock in that alliance with Snotinghamscire, no problem there. But here's the kicker: Vili *can* join your longship crew. Since you don't really lose anything by picking Trygve, and you get the benefit of Vili joining your crew, we honestly recommend going with Trygve.
