First things first, you'll need to sail your longship to Alrekstad. It's located just east of where you first arrive in Norway. Once you get close, dock your ship and head northeast through the town.

Keep an eye out for a meadhall – it's the same one where you had that run-in with Gorm way back when. If you're struggling to pinpoint it, don't hesitate to use your raven to scout the area. As you get closer, switch to Odin's Sight; it'll highlight the meadhall in a nice teal color.

Head inside the meadhall. A cutscene will kick off, and you'll be presented with a few dialogue choices. Honestly, pick whatever feels right to you – the outcome of the quest won't change based on your choices here.

After the scene wraps up, follow Sigurd back to the longship. You'll have another chance to chat with Sigurd, and again, your dialogue choices are yours to make.

Once that's done, it's time to set sail again. You need to make your way to the northernmost fjord in Hordafylke. The screenshot in the guide shows you exactly where to aim for.

Sail to the shore of the fjord. As soon as you reach the land, this quest, 'Where Legends Are Born,' will wrap up and immediately transition into the next one, 'A Brother's Keeper.'

Tips

Using your raven and Odin's Sight is super helpful for locating the meadhall if you get turned around in Alrekstad.
Don't stress too much about the dialogue options with Sigurd and Styrbjorn; they don't impact the quest's progression.

Completing this quest triggers the start of 'A Brother's Keeper.'
