Pay, Charm, or Not Paying?

Alright, so you've run into Tonna outside Tonnastadir and she's asking for coin for information. You've got three main ways to go about this:

• Pay Tonna (520 silver): This is the most straightforward, but priciest, option. You hand over the silver, she gives you the info. Easy peasy, if a bit expensive.
• Charm her (260 silver): If you've invested in your Charisma skill and have at least level 2, you can talk her down to half price. It's a good way to save some silver if you've got the skill unlocked.
• Don't Pay: This is the free route, but it comes with a bit more work. If you refuse to pay, you'll have to sneak into Tonna's house to get the information. It's a bit of a stealth mission, but hey, it's free!
