Alright, so you've run into Kendall, one of those pesky Zealots hunting you down in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Don't sweat it, I'll walk you through this. Kendall's got a big greatsword and a shield that's basically a brick wall – you can't break it. She also likes to throw spears and these annoying smoke bombs that mess with your vision, so be ready to move when you see those.

Here's the lowdown on how to handle her:

• Watch out for her attacks: Kendall mixes strong (red) attacks with lighter (orange) ones. You can parry the orange ones, but you absolutely MUST dodge the red ones. If you've got the Brush with Death skill, nailing a dodge will slow down time, giving you a sweet window to land some hits without her retaliating.
• Don't attack the shield: Seriously, just don't. If you try to hit her shield, you'll just get knocked back and stunned. It's a waste of time and leaves you open.
• Exploit her weak points: Her back and her right thigh are vulnerable. If you can land a few arrows on these spots, you'll drain her stamina like crazy. Fill up that stamina bar, and you'll get a chance for a powerful Stun Attack – use it!
• Power Attacks: Keep an eye out for her special power attacks. You can't parry these at all, so dodging is your only option.
