    When you have control of the Tiny Bronco, sail north until a cutscene with Rufus and the Turks plays.

    After the scene, finish sailing to the temple. Dock and watch another scene.

    Follow the trail to the Keystone Altar. A bench and vending machine are available at the docks.

    At the Keystone Altar, find a chest containing 2 Mist Mega-Potions.

    Cross the bridge and defeat the Shinra soldiers, including the new 2-C SOLDIER Operator. All enemies are weak to Fire. More enemies will arrive from side bridges.

    Continue north to the end, then go west. Choose the north path to continue the dungeon or the south path for treasure.

    Fight the enemies to the south and loot the chest for an X-Potion. Ignore the ledges to the south.

    Double back to the previous split and use the stairs to the north to reach the Azurestar Chamber.

    Choose the ceiling option in the Azurestar Chamber. Find a chest on the floor for a Whistlewind Scarf.

    Activate the chamber again and pick the side option. Climb the nearby vines.

    At the top, look for the gate leading to an open area with Shinra troops. Prioritize the SOLDIER.

    Grab the large block-like object and move it towards the southeastern corner to use as a climbing tool for the hanging vines.
