1. Phenomenon Intel 1: Testing The Waters

   Head west of the Gull Bridge Tower. Cross the broken bridge and follow the black robes to an abandoned building. Inside, you'll face two Cavestalkers. They are weak to Ice. Use Blizzaga when they are galvanized to pressure them, then use Focused Thrust to stagger. Deal with them one at a time.

2. Phenomenon Intel 2: Disquiet on the Docks

   Located southwest of the Nibel Airstrip. Follow the black robes south of the Airstrip Tower to a locked door. Dive into the water west of the tower to find a broken gate. Enter the submarine dock and navigate obstacles using the chocojet. You will encounter three Cavestalkers; use the same strategy as the previous protorelic.

3. Phenomenon Intel 3: Cursed Confidant

   Found directly south of Beacon Hill Tower. Fly to the beach northwest of the tower and follow the black robes uphill. Interact with the wheel to open the gate, then clear enemies on the rooftop. Interact with three valves until the red paint faces the top. The middle valve should face the bottom, and the left valve should face the top. Inside, a Sanguine Scourge awaits.

   Sanguine Scourge Strategy: Focus on pressuring the boss with high damage. Thundaga, Braver, and Firebolt Blade are effective. Once pressured, use Focused Attacks to stagger it, then unleash powerful moves like Infinity's End. When its HP is low, it will activate a Mana Shield, making physical attacks ineffective. Spam lightning magic until it is defeated.

4. Phenomenon Intel 4: Wayward Soul

   Located east of the Whitecap Reef Tower. Head to the beach southwest of the Airstrip Tower and follow the black robes after the cutscene. Use the Chocobo to glide to the middle island in the northwest corner of the map. Head to the southernmost part of the island to find a path to the protorelic. You must defeat the Eccentric Swordsman.

   Eccentric Swordsman Strategy: Perfectly block his attacks to pressure him, then use Focused Thrust and Fire Spells to stagger him. Playing as Cloud in Punisher Mode is recommended for perfect blocks. Dodge the Curious Pose attack, as it cannot be blocked.
