    First things first, you need to unlock this quest. It won't show up on the notice board until you've finished 'When Words Won’t Do' and helped guide Salmon the dog to the Crow's Nest. Once that's done, you can pick up 'The Hardest Sell' from the notice board.

    After accepting the quest, your next job is to find Toby. He usually hangs around the front of the Crow's Nest. Just follow your quest marker until you track him down.

    Once you've found Toby, it's time to head out. Leave the Crow's Nest through the entrance on the far end of town. This will open up a cliffside path that was previously blocked off.

    Follow this path upwards, and then cross the bridge to reach the lighthouse. You'll notice the area is all dressed up when you get there. Head inside the lighthouse to find Kyrie.

    Kyrie will task you with taking down a group of monsters that have been causing trouble. To find them, head back down the steps from Kyrie's room and follow the quest marker to start the fight.

    You'll face several waves of enemies. The first wave consists of Flan, which are weak to Fire. Equipping Fire Materia will make short work of them. They're pretty easy, so don't worry too much about your party setup here.

    The second wave will throw in some Ignilisk, which are weak to Ice. So, you guessed it, Ice Materia is your best friend here.

    After a few rounds of these monster combinations, you'll have to face two White Mousse. These are like giant versions of Flan, have no elemental weaknesses, and are quite a bit tougher. They're also resistant to some of your melee attacks and will absorb magic.

    Warning: The White Mousse will start resisting elements you use repeatedly. They also absorb magic, so be sure to balance your physical and magical attacks. If you don't keep a good mix, they'll unleash a more powerful attack.

    Once you've defeated the White Mousse, head back up to the Junon Lighthouse to speak with Kyrie. This will complete the quest!
