All Nibel Region Enemy Assess Locations for Chadley

Find all 16 Nibel Region enemies for Chadley's Fiend Intel in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Includes locations for rare and missable foes.

The Nibel Region is one of the most complex areas for gathering enemy intel in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Enemies here can be encountered in Chapter 1, Chapter 11, and various VR or arena battles before you even reach the region in the story. You may have already assessed a significant number of Nibel Region enemies before arriving in Chapter 11.

If you missed assessing certain enemies in Chapter 1 (Twin Brain, Zu, Velociwing, Kyuvildun, Insectoid Chimera, Screamer, and Materia Guardian), don't worry. Most of these can be found before returning to the Nibel Region. By assessing these and a few enemies exclusive to the Nibel Region (Nibel Wolf, Poison Caps, Valron, and Disgorgon), along with Fiend Intel rare enemies and the region’s Confidential foe, you can reach the target of sixteen assessments before progressing far into Chapter 11.

Rare and Missable Enemy Assess in the Nibel Region

Many Nibel Region enemies can be assessed early, either in Chapter 1 or through VR and arena battles. Enemies encountered before Chapter 11 include Twin Brain, Zu, Velociwing, Kyuvildun, Insectoid Chimera, Screamer, and Materia Guardian. Most of these are fought in Chapter 1 or during VR/arena fights.

Within the Nibel Region's open world area before entering Nibelheim, you can find Nibel Wolf, Zu, Kyuvildun, Poison Cap, Valron, and Disgorgon. With the Nibel Region chocobo, you can potentially assess 11 enemies before needing to engage in story content.

There are four Fiend Intel battles west of Nibelheim where you can encounter Pyretail, Carnifex, Marquis Valron, and Suevite Disgorgon. Completing the region’s Activation Intel towers should lead you to these fights, bringing your total to fifteen enemies.

The sixteenth enemy is the Classified foe, King Zu, which unlocks after completing Expedition Intel events.

East of Nibelheim, you can find additional enemies. While some, like Nibel Wolf, Kyuvildun, Poison Cap, and Zu, can also be found west of Nibelheim, others are exclusive to the east: Twin Brain, Velociwing, Insectoid Chimera, and Screamer. En route to the Nibel Reactor with Cloud, Tifa, and Yuffie, you can encounter the Dragon.

After the Nibel Reactor, during the Shinra Mansion section with Cait Sith, Barret, and Aerith, you can encounter Bahba Velamyu and Black Bat. These encounters bring the total number of assessable Nibel Region enemies to 19.
