Defeat the Aqua Flan in final fantasy x hd: 2,025 HP, weak to Thunder, drops Mana Sphere. Found in Via Purifico.

The Aqua Flan has 2,025 HP and grants 240 AP. Its overkill HP is 3,038. It is weak to Thunder attacks but strong against and absorbs Water. Common drops include Mana Sphere, while rare drops are also Mana Sphere. You can steal Fish Scale (x2) commonly and Dragon Scale (x2) rarely.

Location: Yuna’s section of Via Purifico.

Strategy: Like all Flans, Aqua Flan is resistant to physical attacks. The most effective way to defeat it is by using Lulu’s Thunder spells, such as Thundara or Thundaga. Aqua Flan will use Watera on each of its turns. Inflicting Silence on it can render it mostly ineffective.
