Arrival in Kilika

Your guide to arriving in Kilika in Final Fantasy X HD Remaster. Find Al Bhed Primer Vol. IV, save a girl, and grab an Ether and Potions.

Alright, you've made it through the ship scenes! Now it's time to explore Kilika. First things first, use that Save Sphere you see – always good to have a fresh save. Then, follow the crowd into the town. You'll see Yuna doing the Sending at the bar. Once that's done, you'll wake up the next morning at the inn. There's another Save Sphere in the inn if you want it, but let's head outside.

As soon as you step out, Datto will rush up to tell you Wakka's looking for you. Head to the right, and on the next screen, go to the right of the main building. You'll find Wakka waiting for you there.

After chatting with Wakka, head into the building right in front of you. Take a look behind the NPC standing there on the ground – you'll find Al Bhed Primer Vol. IV! Keep an eye out to your south; there's a chest that looks tempting, but it actually belongs to the NPC running the weapon shop there. You might be tempted to buy something, but trust me, it's best to save your Gil for now. Wakka's getting a new weapon soon, so we'll want funds for that.

Head back to the screen with the inn. Look for a slightly run-down building on the left side with a little girl inside. Go up to it and interact with the building – you'll get a chance to save her just before it collapses. It's a pretty dramatic moment!

Once that's done, return to the building where you found the Al Bhed Primer. You'll find a chest waiting for you now, and it contains an Ether. We're almost done here in Kilika. There's just one last thing to do. Go back to the screen with the inn again. Right before the exit, there's one more building you can enter. Head inside, and along the left wall, you'll find a chest with three Potions. Grab those, and then you're all set to exit Kilika and head into Kilika Woods!
