Defeat Geosgaeno: This underwater boss fight requires Tidus, Rikku, and Wakka. Geosgaeno uses Stone Punch (chance to Petrify) and KO Punch (chance to KO and inflict Curse). If it swallows a party member, they will have 1 HP left when spat out, and the party takes damage equal to the swallowed character's HP minus one. Do NOT defeat Geosgaeno while a character is inside it, as this results in 9,999 party damage and a game over unless you have Break HP Limit. Geosgaeno is weak to all elements.

Obtain Onion Knight: After defeating Geosgaeno, search opposite the temple entrance for a hidden treasure chest containing Lulu's Celestial Weapon, the Onion Knight. Keep pressing the X button until Tidus opens it.

Recruit Anima: If you have collected all six Destruction Sphere treasures from the other temples, return to Baaj Temple's main room. Interact with the statues on the sides; if you have the corresponding temple's treasure, a glyph will appear. Two chests in this room contain four Mega Phoenixes and a Megalixir. Once all statues are lit, enter the Chamber of the Fayth to obtain the Aeon Anima.
