Alright, so you've made it to Lake Macalania, and you're about to run into a tough armored enemy called Mafdet. Don't let its appearance fool you; it's got a few tricks up its sleeve, but we can totally handle it.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• HP: 710
• Overkill HP: 1,065
• AP: 300
• Weak: Ice / Thunder
• Strong: Nothing

Item Drops:

• Common Drop: Power Sphere (x1)
• Rare Drop: Power Sphere (x1)
• Common Steal: Hi-Potion
• Rare Steal: Hypello Potion

Strategy:

• Mafdet is an armored enemy, so weapons with the Piercing ability will deal full damage. If you don't have Piercing, expect its physical attacks to be less effective.
• It's weak to Ice and Thunder magic. While these are its weaknesses, Mafdet has high magic defense, so Lulu might not be able to one-shot it with these elements. Keep that in mind and be prepared to follow up with physical attacks if needed.
• Watch out for its physical attacks, as they have a chance to inflict the Slow status on your characters. Make sure you have abilities or items to cure Slow if it becomes a problem.
• Focus on exploiting its elemental weaknesses. If Lulu's spells aren't doing enough damage, switch to physical attackers who have Piercing equipped.
