Jecht Spheres Locations: Side Activities

Alright, let's track down those Jecht Spheres! These are scattered all over Spira, and finding them is key to understanding a bit more about Jecht's story. Some of these you can grab as you go, but a couple you'll need to backtrack for later. Don't worry, I'll tell you when that might be!

Besaid Village

First up, head to Besaid Village. Right after you deal with the Spherimorph boss, look for the sphere to the right of the temple entrance, on a dirt patch. Heads up: If you miss this one, you won't be able to come back to Besaid until you get the airship much later in the game, and by then, Dark Valefor will be guarding the place. So, try to snag it while you're there!

S.S. Liki

This is the boat that travels between Besaid and Kilika. Hop aboard and make your way to the captain's room. You'll find the Jecht Sphere tucked away in there.

Luca

In Luca, make your way to the Blitzball stadium. Head into the locker room hallway on the right side of the main hub. The sphere is waiting for you at the very end of that hallway.

Mi'ihen Highroad

Venture to the northern part of the Mi'ihen Highroad and find the entrance to the Oldroad section. Follow this path all the way to the end, and you'll spot the sphere right next to a chest containing the Mars Crest. Don't miss it!

Mushroom Rock Road

Remember that big elevator that took you to the Operation Mi'ihen area? Go back to where that elevator was. The Jecht Sphere is located just south of it.

Moonflow

Head to the South Wharf area of the Moonflow. Look for the Save Sphere; the Jecht Sphere is right there on the ground in plain sight, not far from it.

Thunder Plains

As you travel through the southern half of the Thunder Plains, keep an eye out on the ground. You'll find the sphere not too far from a lightning rod tower. It's a bit north of where the Qactuar stone is located.

Macalania Woods

When you reach the southern entrance of Macalania Woods, where the path splits towards the Calm Lands or deeper into the woods, look to your right. The sphere is lying on the ground there.

Mount Gagazet

For the very last Jecht Sphere, you'll need to head up Mount Gagazet. Follow a narrow trail shortly after you pass the first grave marker. The sphere is located down this path.
