The Fond Farewell

Look for Zhongli at the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. To find it, teleport to the lower Liyue Harbor waypoint (a marker on your map you've manually placed as a destination), head northwest up the stairs, and then west. Speak to the Ferrylady outside the parlor. She will tell you Zhongli has gone to the Northland Bank. The Ferrylady is located south of the Souvenir Shop.

Head to the Northland Bank. Go north up the red stairs next to the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor and follow them east. Jump to the next set of red stairs and enter the bank. You will trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) where Zhongli is conversing with Childe and Signora.

Follow the road up to Yujing Terrace. Teleport to the upper Liyue Harbor waypoint and follow the stairs east around to the Terrace, or climb up to it. Talk to the two groups of citizens there who are worried about current events. Head southeast and listen to the Millelith announcement. A scene will play featuring Ganyu, Ningguang, and Keqing.

Talk to the people taking part in the rite. Speak to all three groups after the scene. Then, head east, up the stairs, and talk to Zhongli. He will explain recent events and his desire for a normal life. After further dialogue, he will mention other Gods, specifically Baal, also known as Raiden, who resides in Inazuma. This concludes the Liyue story arc, with Inazuma being the next focus.
