Hit the Inazuma City streets: Teleport to the lower Inazuma City waypoint and head north. You'll encounter Ippei and Shinnojou discussing ordering clothes for their leaders and speculating about a potential wedding between Master Kamaji and Lady Chisato. Shinnojou expresses concern due to his apparent crush on Lady Chisato. Paimon suggests visiting the Yashiro Commission.

Meet Ayaka at the Kamisato Estate / Enter the Yashiro Commission Headquarters: Teleport to the Kamisato Estate on the far east of Narukami Island. Head inside the estate and through the guarded double doors to the north. You'll meet Thoma and then Kamisato Ayato. Ayato expresses gratitude for your help with Ayaka and offers his assistance. Paimon asks about the wedding rumors, which Ayato confirms he also just heard. He notes the unusual nature of such a union between the Kujou and Hiiragi Clans and decides to investigate personally, inviting you along.

Report back to Ippei and Shinnojou: Return outside to inform Ippei and Shinnojou. Introduce Ayato to them. Ayato asks them to keep the news confidential and requests their escort to pay respects to the future couple.

Go to the Kujou Estate and talk to Kujou Kamaji: Teleport to the lower Inazuma City waypoint and head southwest to the Kujou Estate. Meet Kujou Kamaji. Ayato congratulates him on the news and expresses his respect. They discuss the Commissions, and Ayato warns Kujou about the potential rumors if a marriage between the Hiiragi and Kujou Clans is announced now, especially with Hiiragi Shinsuke still imprisoned and against contact with Kujou. Kujou explains he couldn't refuse Lady Chisato's proposal after her letter.

Go to the Hiiragi Estate in Ritou: Travel to Ritou and find the Hiiragi Estate.

Kill some time in Ritou: Wait in Ritou.

Meet Hiiragi Chisato: You will eventually meet Hiiragi Chisato.

Leave the Hiiragi Estate and go over what you know: After meeting Chisato, leave the estate and discuss the information gathered.
