Trouble With Letters

Talk to Jiayi: First things first, you need to start the quest. Head over to your Events page, then find Event Details, go to Meteoric Wave, and select the quest “Trouble With Letters.” This adds it to your Quest log. Now, click Navigate, and your objective will point you to Jiayi. You'll find him just south of the main Liyue Harbor Teleport Waypoint. Chat with him, and he'll ask you to deliver a letter to his daughter and also to clear out some monsters near Qingce Village.

Clear the monsters near Qingce Village: Your next stop is Qingce Village. Head there, and your objective marker will be on the other side of the cliff from the village itself. You can either walk around the cliff or climb over it. You'll run into a bunch of Hilichurls – they're pretty standard, so take them down. The real challenge here is the Cryo Abyss Mage. Its shield can be a pain, so to break it quickly, make sure you're using Pyro skills. This will make the fight much easier!

Deliver Jiayi’s letter to Little Liu: Once the monsters are cleared, head back into Qingce Village. Your next task is to find Jiayi's daughter, Little Liu.

Ask the villagers about Little Liu’s whereabouts: To find Little Liu, you'll need to ask a few villagers. Start by talking to Dongdong, who's hanging out near the village field entrance. Then, find Yundan, who's right under the gate, close to Dongdong. Yundan will give you Little Liu's location, and your objective will update.

Give Jiayi’s letter to Little Liu: With Little Liu's location now known, head to the opposite end of the village. You'll need to climb up the ladders on the cliffside. Once you reach the top, look towards the east, and you'll spot Little Liu overlooking the village. Hand over the letter from her dad.

Report back to Jiayi: All that's left is to return to Jiayi in Liyue Harbor. Report back to him, and you'll officially complete the “Trouble With Letters” quest!
