Release Date: Thoma was first released on November 02, 2021, with the Moment of Bloom Event Banner. He was later obtainable again from the Everbloom Violet Event Banner on February 16th, 2022.

Introduction: Although born in Mondstadt, Thoma now resides in Inazuma as the Kamisato Clan’s housekeeper and a renowned “fixer.” His upbringing has made him exceptionally sociable, allowing him to build a strong network within Inazuma despite being an outlander. He is naturally affable and can engage in various conversations, forming relationships easily. However, he adopts a serious demeanor when defending the Yashiro Commission’s interests. Despite his outward friendliness and care for animals and comrades, he sometimes reflects on personal matters, possibly experiencing homesickness.

Thoma’s Skills:

1. Normal Attack: Swiftshatter Spear Performs up to 5 consecutive spear strikes. Charged Attack consumes Stamina to plunge forward, dealing damage. Plunging Attack strikes from mid-air, dealing AoE Pyro DMG upon impact.
2. Elemental Skill: Blazing Blessing Thoma performs a forward vault with a flame-infused kick, dealing AoE Pyro DMG and summoning a defensive Blazing Barrier. This skill applies Pyro to Thoma upon casting. The barrier's DMG Absorption scales with Thoma’s Max HP and absorbs Pyro DMG 250% more effectively. Refreshing the barrier stacks its DMG Absorption and duration. The maximum absorption is capped as a percentage of Max HP.
3. Elemental Burst: Crimson Ooyoroi Thoma spins his polearm, dealing AoE Pyro DMG and entering the Scorching Ooyoroi state. While active, the active character’s Normal Attacks trigger Fiery Collapse every 1s, dealing AoE Pyro DMG and summoning a Blazing Barrier. These barriers are identical to those from Blazing Blessing in terms of absorption and effectiveness, with stacking and duration refresh mechanics. If Thoma falls, the Scorching Ooyoroi effect ends.

Thoma’s Passive Talents:

• Imbricated Armor (Ascension 1): Increases Shield Strength by 5% for 6s when the active character obtains or refreshes a Blazing Barrier. This effect can stack up to 5 times and triggers every 0.3s.
• Flaming Assault (Ascension 4): Increases DMG dealt by Crimson Ooyoroi’s Fiery Collapse by 2.2% of Thoma’s Max HP.
• Snap and Swing (Unlocked Auto): Grants a 20% chance for a double catch when fishing successfully in Inazuma.

Thoma’s Constellation:

• Level 1 - A Comrade’s Duty: Decreases Thoma’s Blazing Blessing and Crimson Ooyoroi cooldowns by 3s when a character protected by his Blazing Barrier (excluding Thoma) is attacked. Triggers once every 20s.
• Level 2 - A Subordinate’s Skills: Increases the duration of Crimson Ooyoroi by 3s.
• Level 3 - Fortified Resolve: Increases the Level of Blazing Blessing by 3 (Max 15).
• Level 4 - Long-Term Planning: Restores 15 Energy to Thoma after using Crimson Ooyoroi.
• Level 5 - Raging Wildfire: Increases the Level of Crimson Ooyoroi by 3 (Max 15).
• Level 6 - Burning Heart: Increases the DMG dealt by all party members’ Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks by 15% for 6s when a Blazing Barrier is obtained or refreshed.
