In Pursuit of a Phantom

Head to the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor in the southwest corner of the upper half of Liyue Harbor and speak with Meng. He will tell you about seeing “Big G” in his dreams since visiting Wuwang Hill. Luocheng will then interrupt, claiming he is cursed. Hu Tao agrees to help, and you must meet her at the exorcism site.

Run northwest through Liyue Harbor and climb the mountains to reach the exorcism site. After a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) where Hu Tao reveals she is not curing a curse but making Luocheng believe she is, you must activate the Ley Line Monolith.

Protect the Ley Line Monolith from seven waves of enemies. Do not let the Monolith's HP drop below 0% or you will fail the quest. The first wave consists of one Hydro Samachurl and three Hilichurl Berserkers. Prioritize defeating the Samachurl as it can heal allies. Characters like Ganyu or Mona can use their Elemental Skills to draw enemy aggro. The second wave consists of one Blazing Axe Mitachurl and two Electro Hilichurl shooters. Defeat the shooters first due to their lower health, then focus on the Mitachurl.
