A Quiet Day in Liyue Harbor

Calm Freki and her brother down: Head to the area outside the Wanmin Restaurant in Liyue Harbor. You'll find Freki and her brother there. Freki's a bit worried about Liyue, but after a chat, she'll ask you to cook some Jade Parcels for her.

Cook the Jade Parcels: You'll need the recipe for Jade Parcels, which you can get from the Xiangling's Cooking Showdown quest. If you don't have it, don't worry, you can still cook it if you have the ingredients. You'll need three Lotus Heads, two Jueyun Chilis, two Cabbages, and one cut of Ham. The stove inside the Wanmin Restaurant is perfect for this. For the best results and a 'delicious' quality dish, you'll need to time your button press perfectly when the marker appears. If you need ingredients: Lotus Heads can be bought from Bubu Pharmacy, Jueyun Chilis are usually found around Qingce Village, and Cabbage and Ham can be purchased from Good Hunter and the General Goods store in Mondstadt, respectively.

Report back to Freki and her brother: Once your Jade Parcels are cooked to perfection, head back to Freki and her brother to let them know you've got their meal.

Calm Ivanovich down: Next up is Ivanovich. You'll find him a bit north of Nervous An. He's looking for some Cor Lapis and asks you to fetch it from Bolai.

Talk to Bolai: Bolai is located on a lower platform of the pier. You can easily jump and glide down to him from where Ivanovich is.

Report back to Ivanovich: After getting the Cor Lapis from Bolai, return to Ivanovich to complete this part of the quest.

Calm Atsuko down: Head towards the docks near the City Rep NPC. You'll find Atsuko there, worried about finding a job. She'll ask you to check with Manager Kuan, Clerk Zhao, and Nervous An to see if any job opportunities are available for her.

Talk to Manager Kuan, Clerk Zhao, and Nervous An: If you speak to Clerk Zhao first, who is located up the red stairs, she'll offer Atsuko a job.

Report back at Atsuko: Go back to Atsuko and let her know that Clerk Zhao has a job offer for her. This will wrap up Atsuko's storyline for this quest.

Report back to Nervous An: The final step is to report back to Nervous An to officially complete the 'A Quiet Day in Liyue Harbor' World Quest.
