Lost in the Snow

First things first, teleport to the Dragonspine Adventurer Camp. You'll find a young boy named Joel near the entrance. He's worried because his dad was supposed to meet him here but hasn't shown up. The Knights of Favonius mentioned he went deeper into Dragonspine. Agree to help find his dad, and the quest officially kicks off.

Your first stop is a small camp. If you haven't already, teleport to the Statue of the Seven in Dragonspine and glide down towards the bottom. As you get close to the camp, some Hilichurls are going to jump out and attack. Deal with them using Pyro and Electro if you can, then check the camp for some notes. These notes will tell you that Joel's dad headed further west.

Next, teleport to the waypoint near Albedo's campsite. From there, glide over the broken bridge and follow the muddy path. It'll lead you west and then south to another small campsite. Keep an eye out for a Frostarm Lawachurl chilling near this area – you can either fight it or just run past if you're in a hurry. Once you reach the campsite, read the notes you find. They'll hint that he's moved on towards the summit.

Now, teleport back to the Statue of the Seven. This time, head south towards a cave that has gusts of wind blowing out of it. Inside, you'll find a wall that looks like it's blocked by a cave-in. Give it a good whack with your attacks to break it down and reveal another small cave. Examine the notes inside. They'll suggest that Joel's dad got trapped and is trying to go down the cliff.

That's pretty much it for the searching! Head back to Joel at the Dragonspine Adventurer Camp. Just tell him what you've found, and he'll be relieved (or at least, you'll have done your part). This will wrap up the 'Lost in the Snow' quest.
