Act 1: New Beginning

Meet Kokomi on the beach: After the banquet wraps up, you'll find Kokomi waiting for you on the beach. She's got some important directives for you, just in case things get dicey during the negotiations. Make sure you listen to everything she says!

Head to the peace talks: Once you're done chatting with Kokomi, your next move is to travel southwest from Tatarasuna Island. This is where the peace talks are scheduled to happen. Keep an eye on your map; it's a pretty distinct area.

Attend the peace talks: When you arrive, you'll notice that Sara is a bit skeptical about you being there. Don't worry, Kokomi steps in and smooths things over, explaining that you're the perfect person to help broker peace given your significant role in bringing calm to Inazuma. Things seem to be going well until Sara brings up the Watatsumi Island Force needing to return under the Tenryou Commission's control. This nearly escalates into a confrontation, so be ready for some tension.

Convince the troops: Unfortunately, the peace talks hit a snag because of rumors about the Tenryou Commission secretly working with the Fatui. Sara needs to investigate this, putting the talks on hold. Your job now is to head back to Bourou Village and help Kokomi convince the soldiers to accept her decisions. After that, you'll need to meet Kokomi at her secret base to wrap up this story quest.
