Head to the Toy Seller: First things first, make your way to where the Alchemy vendor usually is in Liyue Harbor. Look for Granny Shen, she's the Toy Seller. You'll need to buy some kites from her for the Rite. Don't worry about Zhongli not having any Mora; Childe's got you covered for this part.

Find the Workers: After grabbing the kites, your next job is to find three people to help out. Head around the corner to the Wanmin Restaurant. Outside, you'll find Toe. Talk to him and request his services. Remember that Childe gave you a More Pouch? You'll use that to barter with these folks. The cool thing is, any Mora you don't spend is yours to keep, but pay attention to their moods – your offers can change how they feel!

Toe's Offer: Start by offering Toe 10,000 Mora. He should be happy with that and accept.

Find the Second Worker: Next, head up the stairs towards the Adventurer's Guild. Look for Tac, he's to the left of Lan. Tac is asking for a bit more, around 25,000 Mora. To save yourself some Mora, try offering him 17,000. He should accept.

Find the Third Worker: For the last helper, go around the back of the Adventurer's Guild. You'll find Tic there. He's asking for 20,000 Mora. To keep your Mora count healthy, consider offering him 14,000. He'll agree, and you'll have secured all three workers.

Report back to Childe: With all three workers secured and the Mora spent (or saved!), make your way back to Childe. He's usually hanging out near the Alchemy station. Talk to him, and a cutscene will play, marking the end of this quest!
