Mondstadters in Liyue

First things first, you'll need to accept this quest from the Event Section. Once that's done, head over to the Wanmin Restaurant in Liyue Harbor. You'll find Freki hanging around outside. Just chat with her to get things rolling.

Freki's feeling a bit homesick, and what better way to cheer her up than with a Xiao Lantern? If you've got one lying around from 'The Origin of the Lanterns' quest, great! If not, don't sweat it. You can easily craft another one using the method you learned earlier. Just hand it over to her.

After the lantern, Freki will ask for Dandelion Seeds. These are pretty common around Mondstadt. If you don't have any, you'll need to head back to Mondstadt to collect some. Once you've got them, bring them back to Freki.

Now for the fun part! Freki wants you to scatter the seeds. To do this, you'll need to get to some higher ground. Head over to the Adventurers Guild Building and the building right next to it on the left. Climb up onto their roofs. From there, you can scatter the Dandelion Seeds. It's a nice little moment, watching them float away.

Once you've scattered the seeds, head back and talk to Freki one last time. She'll be happy, and you'll have completed the quest!
