Talents are super important for boosting your characters' power, and the materials you need can be a bit of a puzzle at first. Don't worry, I've got your back. Basically, Talent materials come in a few main categories: the everyday books you'll farm constantly, special items from weekly bosses, and those rare Crowns of Insight. Let's dive into each one!

Talent Books

These are the bread-and-butter of Talent leveling. You'll need them for almost every character. They're organized by region and type, and you get them from specific Domains on certain days of the week.

Mondstadt Talent Books

Freedom

These are for characters who are all about freedom and justice, like Jean or Diluc. You'll find them in the Forsaken Rift Domain.

Resistance

For characters with a strong will and resilience, like Eula or Klee. Also found in Forsaken Rift, but on different days.

Ballad

These are for the bards and poets at heart, like Venti or Kazuha. You guessed it – still Forsaken Rift!

Liyue Talent Books

Prosperity

For characters who embody wealth and prosperity, like Ningguang or Ganyu. These come from the Taishan Mansion Domain.

Diligence

For the hardworking and determined characters, such as Xiangling or Hu Tao. You'll farm these in Taishan Mansion too.

Gold

These are for characters who are as precious as gold, like Keqing or Zhongli. You'll get these from Taishan Mansion on specific days.

Inazuma Talent Books

Light

For characters who bring enlightenment, like Yae Miko or Raiden Shogun. These are found in the Violet Court Domain.

Transience

For characters who are fleeting or have a unique destiny, such as Ayaka or Yoimiya. You'll farm these in Violet Court.

Elegance

For characters who possess grace and refinement, like Kokomi or Kazuha. These are also from the Violet Court.

Crown of Insight

These are super rare and are needed for the final level of a Talent. You can't farm them directly; you get them from specific events and by leveling up special trees.

Weekly Boss Drops

Once you reach Adventure Rank 30 and complete the Prologue Archon Quest, you'll unlock weekly bosses. These guys drop unique materials needed for higher Talent levels (usually levels 7 and up). You can only claim rewards from each weekly boss once per week, so choose wisely!
