Act 2: Radiant Sakura

Follow our Genshin Impact Act 2: Radiant Sakura guide to defeat the Raiden Shogun in her remnant realm. Learn her attack patterns and strategies to succeed.

In Makoto’s remnant realm of consciousness, Ei and the Shogun Puppet engage in an endless fight. For Inazuma, and also for Ei herself, you wish to lend a hand - as you once did - to help her get through this sore test.

Steps:

1. Make your way up to the Grand Narumkami Shrine and speak with Yae Miko. Return to the cave, and Yae Miko will work her magic to get you back into the Secret Realm.
2. Once you arrive in the Secret Realm, you’ll take control of Ei. Another duel against the Raiden Shogun will take place. She now has a large arm/sword, meaning her attacks are much wider, so keep your distance.
• Line AoE: She’ll raise her sword into the sky, and a purple AoE will extend out in front of her. Stay to her side to avoid it. After she hits the ground, run in and attack a few times before retreating.
• Spinning Slash: She’ll aim her sword diagonally and perform a 360-degree attack. Stay clear to avoid getting hit by the lingering electro.
• Flowers of Remembrance: She’ll disappear and leave a purple orb on the ground. Quickly attack it to summon a shield before she swipes her sword across the battlefield.
• Electro Pillars: She’ll hold a black hole that spawns four pillars. These will spread rings of electro across the battlefield; jump over them to avoid damage.
• Vertical Slash: She’ll slide her sword along the ground, unleashing five vertical lines of Electro. Stand in between them to avoid it.
• Electro Uppercut: A shadow on the ground will follow you. Keep dodging away from it, as it will eventually stop, and a fist will emerge.
• After finally defeating the Raiden Shogun, you’ll see one more scene before the second Act of the Raiden Shogun’s story comes to a close.
