Thoughts Carried On the Wind

Starting the Quest: First things first, you need to actually get the quest. Head over to your Events page, then click on Event Details. Look for Meteoric Wave and select the quest “Thoughts Carried On the Wind.” This will add it to your Quest log. Once it's in your log, hit 'Navigate,' and your objective will point you to Godwin. He hangs out south of the main entrance to Mondstadt, but he does wander around the Windrise area, so keep an eye out. When you chat with him, he'll mention how monsters have been acting up since the meteorite storm and ask for your help. Agree to lend a hand, and he'll send you off to the first Hilichurl camp.

Clearing the First Hilichurl Camp: Your first stop is a Hilichurl camp located southeast of your current position, right in Windrise. Be ready for a fight! You'll encounter one Blazing Axe Mitachurl, one Anemo Samachurl, one Cryo Hilichurl Shooter, one Pyro Hilichurl Shooter, and two Hilichurl Fighters. The Mitachurl and the Samachurl are probably going to be your biggest headaches here. To make things easier, try using Hydro and Cryo attacks on them to trigger the Frozen reaction. Then, switch to Pyro to deal some massive damage. Once you've cleared out this camp, it's time to move on to the next one.

Heading to the Second Camp: The second camp is about 250 meters south of the first one. Just like the previous camp, you'll face a group of enemies. This time, it's one Wooden Shield Mitachurl, two Cryo Hilichurl Shooters, one Cryo Samachurl, and two Common Hilichurls. For this group, Pyro and Electro attacks will be super effective, especially against that shield-bearing Mitachurl. After you've dealt with them, make your way back to Godwin.

Reporting Back to Godwin: Once you find Godwin again, he'll have another task for you. He wants you to check up on Gloria and see how she's doing. So, your next destination is Mondstadt to find her.

Finding Gloria in Mondstadt: You can find Gloria sitting on a bench just a short distance south of the main Teleport Waypoint in Mondstadt. Go have a chat with her. She'll ask you to do her a favor and bring some Dandelion Seeds to Godwin.

Giving the Dandelion Seeds to Godwin: Your final step is to head back to Godwin one last time. Give him the Dandelion Seeds you got from Gloria and let him know how she's doing. Doing this will officially complete the 'Thoughts Carried On the Wind' quest!
